  Buying a house was a dream that April and Kelvin Reed made into a reality. They have been patiently working with me for a long time. I walked into their office and said “I have champagne taste with a beer budget”, they laughed and told me they knew exactly what I was looking for. They were 100% honest with me about each house we viewed. If it wasn’t worth the asking price, if the school zone was not up to par, if the taxes would be too high, they made sure knew. The best part is they made sure I had a great understanding of every step of the process and if I had any questions I always heard back from them within 15 minutes. At no point did I feel like I was working with a company, it felt more like I was working with my brother and sister. They got to know me personally so they could better suit me with a home. I am client for life and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a flawless, painless and exciting experience in buying a home.

  It’s has been an absolute pleasure working with April and Kelvin buying and selling our home. They are easy to work with and great with communication. We had an offer on our home within 3 days of them posting our house on the market! Our first home was sold within a month! They are awesome!

  I absolutely love April & Kelvin! Being a first time home buyer can be a little overwhelming to say the least. But April & Kelvin made it such a pleasurable experience. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my many questions. It was great having someone on my team who I honestly felt had my beat interest in mind! At the end I purchased a home that I LOVE!! And gained some wonderful friends. I would recommend Reeds Real Estate to everyone!

  I would first like to thank Kelvin and April Reed from Reeds Real Estate for being more than just Realtors. It is often a challenge when selling or purchasing a house, Kelvin and April Reed made this first time seller so comfortable with the transition to selling my home. Kelvin and April set appointments, gave me a complete check list of things to do and made sure that I maximized every opportunity available to get the most for my home. They took time to come and review my property, made suggestions for improvements to be made from carpeting, flooring and accessories to assist in getting the best deal possible for my property. Reeds Real Estate is the most professional company I have ever encountered. Their level of customer service is insurmountable. If I had any questions about the next steps, all I had to do was make one call and they were always available. Selling in any market can be a challenge, but with Kelvin and April Reed, they took time to go over different area analysis and scenarios in order for me to get the most value out of my property based on current market value and area value. They also were able to provide me with referrals for different things that needed to be done as to not cause me any due stress in finding someone myself. They fight for you in every avenue they can because they care. It is not just a business it is a family, and when you choose them (Kelvin and April Reed, Reeds Real Estate) to purchase or sell your property you become part of their family. As a first time seller, I presented them with many challenges, and they never wavered in their dedication to get my property sold.
